Book Description
Publication Date: September 1, 2009 | Series: The Hunger Games (Book 2)
Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has won the annual Hunger Games with fellow district tribute Peeta Mellark. But it was a victory won by defiance of the Capitol and their harsh rules. Katniss and Peeta should be happy. After all, they have just won for themselves and their families a life of safety and plenty. But there are rumors of rebellion among the subjects, and Katniss and Peeta, to their horror, are the faces of that rebellion. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge.
Review –
After seeing the HUNGER GAMES movie I came home and re-read Catching Fire to refresh my memory as to what comes next. Done. Now I’m ready to movie #2. It was even better this time around. Don’t be afraid to read you favorite books a second or third time-they are friends, after all, and you visit them more than once.
Kathy, how does one go about getting a book reviewed by you?

Melissa,
I’ve never been asked to review a book except a cookbook by Sandra Lee and it was sent to me by the publisher. I just read the books I like and go from there. Thank you for your interest.
